Arica Todd

Ms. Herway has a track record proven over 10 years of local, state and federal government political consulting experience.  In recent election cycles, she was the primary strategist for nine candidates, eight of whom were elected to office.

A native of Eastern Idaho, Ms. Herway is effective in connecting with voter sentiment and navigating the government process to enact meaningful legislation and initiatives.  She is an expert in fundraising for capital infrastructure, local initiatives and political campaigns.  Prior to working with local and state governments, she worked as an elementary school music teacher and middle school debate coach.  Ms. Herway is a fourth-generation Idahoan, a mother of five independent-thinking children and an avid reader.
